• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary

Additional Requirements

• Proof of legal visa status in the USA
• Copy of a recent bank statement
• Letter affirming leave of absence from Employer, or, letter from University plus Form I-20 confirming continued enrollment

$60.00 Per Visa (Most Nationalities)
