Company Letter

- Business visa requires a company letter of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
- Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
- Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
- Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
- This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
- Please address your letter to:

Additional Requirements
- Certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever must be submitted with visa documents-Copies accepted.
- Copy of US front and back of Green Card for non US citizens
Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$125.00 per visa Standard processing of 4-5 business days
$175.00 per visa Rush processing of 1-3 business days (if permitted by the embassy)
Consular Fee:
$150.00 Per visa (Single Entry Most Nationalities)
A fee of $5 Money order/check writing fee will be added to all consular visa fees.

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
