A-1 provides visa service for this country only for residents of the following states: For Residents of: Maryland, Virginia, Alabama, Washington DC. Oklahoma, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas.
Step 1: Collect Documents
Tourist Visa

- Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Proof of travel
A copy of your travel itinerary or e ticket is required. Your itinerary must have your full name, date of travel, city of travel.
Hotel confirmation
A copy of your hotel reservation showing length of your stay in Lebanon.

Additional Requirements
- A typed letter to the embassy Lebanon stating the purpose of trip and length of stay.
- Those applicants of Lebanese origin must present Lebanese ID. Card.
- Children under the age of 18 must submit a notarized letter of consent from both parents.
- Spouse of Lebanese origin must submit a copy of marriage certificate and the spouse’s Lebanese ID card.

Company Letter
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- Please address your letter to:
- The Visa Section of the Embassy of Lebanon, Washington, D.C.
Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$95.00 per visa
Consular Fee:
$35.00 per visa – Single Entry
$70.00 per visa – Multiple Entries
A fee of $5 money order/check fee will be added to all visa fees.
Money order fee of $5 will be added to all visa fees.

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
