  • A letter of invitation from your receiving host/invitee in Malawi along with a copy of their passport or residence card from Malawi

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary

Company Letter

company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:

• Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
• Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
• Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
• This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant

A-1 Service Fee:

$95.00 per visa

Consular Fee:

Processing time is 5-7 business days

$100.00 Per Visa – Single Entry Valid 3 months for stay up to 30 days
$220.00 Per Visa – Multiple entries valid 6 months for stay up to 30 days
$300.00 Per Visa – Multiple entries valid 12 months for stay up to 30 days

A $5 money order/check fee will be added to the above visa fees.

Please note that the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
