- Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.

- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of flight confirmation from travel agent
Proof of Stay

- If visiting Mali for tourism a hotel confirmation is required. If visiting friends/family an invitation from the hosts in Mali is required (fax accepted).

Company Letter
-
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
- Please address your letter to:

- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$95 per visa – 10 business days processing
$125 per visa – 5 business days processing
$195 per visa – Rush same day or next day processing
Consular Fee:
$165 Per Visa – processing time 10 business days
$180 Per visa -processing time 5 business days
$215 Per visa for rush processing within the same day or next business day.
Return Shipping Fees
Money order/check fee of $5 will be added to all consular visa fees.

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
