Proof of Travel and hotel confirmation
- Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent as well as hotel confirmation.

Company Letter
- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- This letter must explain all of the nature of business to be performed
- Name and address of reference in Mozambique to be visited
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter should be signed by an officer/manager of the company other than the applicant

Important Notice
- All Mozambique visas must be used within the first 60 days from the date of issue or it will expire and it will not be usable for travel.
Step 2: Fees
A-1 Service Fee:
$95 per visa regular processing within 10 business days
$120 per visa for rush processing within 4-5 business days

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
Note: The embassy is closed on Fridays, no submissions or collections.
