Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline ticket or itinerary, or letter from travel agent

Photos

• • 3 Passport-type photographs required

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• International Certificate of Vaccination for Cholera and Yellow Fever
• A letter from your bank stating that the applicant has at least $500 in the bank account or the copy of the latest bank statement.

Business Visa

Passport

Company Letter

• • A business letter of responsibility (Sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and explain all of the following:
    • The nature of business to be performed
    • Name and address of reference to be visited
    • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
    • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company
  • Please address your letter to:

A-1 Service Fee:

$125.00 per visa – Regular processing (10+ days)
$155.00 per visa – Rush processing (5 business days +)

Consular Fee:

$160.00 Per Visa – for multiple entries stay up to 30 Days – Regular processing
$200.00 Per Visa – for multiple entries stay over 30 Days – Rush processing

A $5 check/money order fee will be added to all visa fees.

Return Shipping Fees

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.

Please note that all packages are shipped with “No Signature Required” option. The envelope will be placed by your door or in your mailbox if at the time of delivery nobody is present to receive the package. If you do require a direct or indirect signature at the time of delivery, you must indicate that on your order form when sending your documents to our office and there will be additional fee charged to you depending on the delivery distance from our office.
