• • Letter from the applicant stating the reason for the visit to Qatar

Company Letter

• • A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead. The letter must explain all the following:
    • Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
    • Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
    • Name of company/contacts
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
    • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
  • Please address your letter to:
    • Embassy of Qatar, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

    • Letter of Invitation

    • A letter of invitation from the host company stating the reason for inviting the applicant indicating the length of stay as well as place of stay in Qatar and the name of contact in Qatar.

Additional Requirements

• Two copies of your passport’s vital pages.

A-1 Service Fee:

$95.00 per visa

Consular Fee:

$165 Per Visa. This fee also includes $5 money order fee.
