Tourist Visa

Passport

• • Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing at least 1 blank visa page.

Applications

• • 2 Application Forms, fully completed and signed

Proof of Travel

• • Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter from travel agent

  • Invitation or hotel confirmation

  • You’ll need to provide a letter of invitation if staying with family or friends in Rwanda, otherwise a copy of your hotel confirmation is required.

Photos

• • 2 Passport type photographs

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever only if arriving from an infected area. You must also carry the original certificate.

Business Visa

Passport

Invitation Letter

• • A letter of invitation from the inviting organization in Rwanda is required.

Photos

• • 2 Passport type photographs

A1 Order Form

• • Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• • A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
    • Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
    • Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
    • Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
    • This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
  • Please address your letter to:
    • The Visa Section of The Embassy of Republic of China.

A-1 Service Fee:

$145 per visa for standard processing of 10-15 days
$195 per rush visa for 5-7 business days

A fee of $5 money order/check writing fee will be added to all visa fees.
