Tourist or Social Visit Visa (Visiting Friends and Relatives)

Passport

• Original, signed U.S. passport – must be valid for at least 6 months containing and at least 1 blank visa page.

Application

• 1 Application Form, fully completed, signed, and notarized

Invitation Letter

• A notarized invitation from the person inviting you stating the nature and duration of visit, and the host’s name and address in Yugoslavia.

A1 Order Form

• Completed two-page Order Form

Additional Requirements

• Proof of sufficient funds in hard currency
• Photocopy of your valid US Permanent Resident Card
• Certificate that a health fund shall cover the medical costs in Serbia, if any
• For those traveling by car, an international driver’s license, vehicle and insurance documents are required.

Business Visa

Passport

• Completed two-page Order Form

Company Letter

• A company letter (Sample) of intent and financial responsibility typed on the company’s stationery stating the following:
  • Purpose and date of travel and duration of stay.
  • Name and address of the contacts/company to be visited and nature of the business.
  • Financial responsibility for the applicant as well as return transportation to U.S.
  • This letter must be signed by a superior within your company other than the applicant
