Company Letter

- A company letter of intent and financial responsibility (Sample) typed on the company’s stationery stating the following information:
- Introducing the applicant, stating the applicant’s position with the company.
- Purpose of trip and a brief description of type of duties to be performed
- Name of company/contacts
- Financial responsibility for the applicant including return airfare.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
- Please address your letter to:

A-1 Service Fee:
$95.00 Per Visa for regular 3-4 day processing
$145.00 per visa for 1-2 day processing
$210.00 per visa for same day/next day
Consular Fee:
$55.00 -Single entry – Processed in 7 business days
$85.00 -Double entry – Processed in 7 business days
$155.00 -Multiple entry – Processed in 7 business days
$95.00 -Single entry – Processed in 2 business days
$125.00 -Double entry – Processed in 2 business days
$195.00 -Multiple entry – Processed in 2 business days
Add $25 to the above fees for processing within 1 business day
A fee of $5 for check/money order fee has been added to the above visa fees.
All visas are valid for 36 months for stay up to 30 days per year. Most visas are issued for single entry, double or multiple entry visas are issued only at the consulates discretion.

Please be advised that the shipping fee for some states are slightly higher than the ones mentioned above. Your receipt should indicate the fee differences also the above rates apply to most Continental USA. Higher rate applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands.
